This is my blog were I will talk about things like video games TV and other media. I will try to be clever and funny when I am doing my "reviews" I am not a professional writer but I do enjoy doing what I do here. i like to have an article written and posted every week. If you have any suggestions for a story or topic you want me to do let me know.

Number 1 Part 1Section 2: Ocarina of Time
Now when we last left our hero he had just saved Princess Ruto from the digestive system of a giant whale (Jabu Jabu). Now you just found out you are engaged to a fish lady. Now you have all three of the Spiritual Stones and its time to head back to see Princess Zelda. You can only Imagen how happy she will be maybe she will give you your fist kiss (well I would assume it would be his first). You happily go off toward the castle when you think maybe I should go check on Malon see how she is quick. You head over to Lon Lon Ranch and go find Malon playing with her horses. You ask her about the song she is playing and she teaches it to you. The song makes her favorite horse Epona very comfortable with you (this seems unimportant now but it will be worth it later). So you say good bye to Malon and Epona and head back off to Castle Town the closer you get the darker the sky gets (thats a good sign right?).
Now once you approach the drawbridge you will have to quickly jump out of the way as Impa and Zelda race off on a horse. Zelda sees you and throws something in the mote behind you. Suddenly Ganondorf comes out of the town on his horse thats as black as night. He has pure evil in his eyes. He looks at you with disgust but demands you to tell him where they went (The sky is very dark by now making the atmosphere so amazing for this scene). Obviously refuse to give away the locations of your friends (or maybe Link just can't talk to much) and you raise your sword against him (you also take out your shield if you are using the Kokiri Shield the Hylian one will just stay on you back). He will laugh at your pathetic display and will shoot a small energy ball at you knocking you on your butt. He then rides off in search of Zelda leaving you all alone. Once you get up you go to the mote and find what Zelda threw the Ocarina of Time (Peter Griffin would be happy they just mentioned the name inside the game). Along with the Ocarina the is a subliminal message (or something this part doesn't make sense in real life but Zelda is magic so who knows). The message teaches you the Song of Time which you are to play in front of the alter at the Temple of Time (which will be getting a lot of attention from now on). Now you know what you have to do and head into town. Hyrule Castle Town is still lively but there is fear in the air as everyone talks about what happened the night before (if you go into some of the back allies you will find a dead guard I guess he isn't very lively now is he). Now you will head to the Temple of Time to do what Zelda requested.
You will walk up to the alter and take out your Ocarina of Time and play the song of time. The Spiritual Stones will float out (from where ever you keep things) and go over to the alter and hover above it. The large door with an engraving of the Triforce on it will glow and open up. This will lead to a large room with a pedestal holding a sword inside it. Navi flies over examining the sword and is amazed by he discovery. The sword is The Master Sword (Famed sword of legend also called the Sword of Evils Bane) you will walk over to it and place your hands on the hilt and pull. A bright blue light will surround you and things will grow faint and you go to sleep. Pulling the Master Sword from the Pedestal of Time opened the door to the Sacred Realm which will allow Ganondorf to get inside and steal the Triforce. Ganondorf's evil heart caused the Triforce into three pieces Power, Wisdom, and Courage. The pieces go to three people who were Destined to have them with Ganondorf the Triforce of Power. He can use the power to take over Hyrule and raising himself to the title Ganondorf the King of Evil.
You will awaken in a strange place. It is flowing with water and there are a lot of emblems on the floor. A man will be standing there in a fancy outfit. He will introduce himself as Rauru and then he will talk your ear off telling you about what has happened. He explains that when you pulled the sword from the pedestal you were sealed in the sacred realm because you were to young to be the Hero of Time. Now you look at yourself and you are now 17 years old and dressed differently (which is kind of creepy but I guess changes do happen to you body between ages 10 and 17.) Now I am going to address a long standing rumor regarding Rauru (no its not if he is gay stupids). There has been a rumor that Kaepora Gaebora is actually Rauru and I do believe this. I don't know if there has been anything official about this but it would make sense. Rauru would have already known Link's destiny and would probably try to help him along the way like Kaepora Gaebora does on several occasions. So yea I could see Rauru and Kaepora Gaebora being the same person but like I said nothing official about it that I know of.
Now back to the story Rauru gives you a coin that holds his power and you will be teleported back to the chamber where the Master Sword was. Once you are there you will be approached by Sheik who is a friend of Zelda's. Sheik will tell you that the six sages needed your help and that they are locked away in the deep forest, the tallest Mountain, Under the water, with the goddess of the sand, and the house of the dead (not the exact words but close). Sheik tells you that a friend of yours is held in the forest temple but in order to get to the Temple you will need an item that is currently in the grave yard in Kakariko Village.
Once you leave the Temple of Time you will see how terrible the world has become. The once lively Hyrule Castle Town now stands dead and destroyed with ReDeads roaming the streets. This easily shows the power Ganondorf has gained by destroying this massive and important city he has destroyed one of the most successful place in Hyrule this would also cause massive damage to the economy (ok this would be in real life instead not mentioned in the game) many people had to be relocated. Hyrule castle has also been destroyed and Ganondorf's castle hovers above a magma pit and just gives the feel of pure evil.
Now its time to leave the destroyed town and head out to see the rest of the world. Go visit Lon Lon Ranch to see if Malon is ok. You will get there and Talon is gone and Ingo who was once his hired hand has been given the ranch by Lord Ganondorf. Malon has been forced to do all of the cleaning while Ingo stands there proud thinking that he is the greatest. You can talk to him and after a wile he will offer to race you play Epona's Song and a she will come to you race Ingo twice and you will be rewarded the horse. How ever when you win he will try to lock you inside the ranch thinking he has you trapped. Well obviously this doesn't work you pick up speed and jump over the wall. Now this will help your speed getting around Hyrule much faster which is good no matter where you are all you will have to do is play Epona's Song and she will come running (Nothing happens if your in a town or building of course but you know what I mean.)
Now off to Kakariko Village so we can hang with some dead people. Now most of the people from Hyrule Castle Town have taken up residence in Kakariko Village and the building that was under repair when you were a child is now compleat and is a new shooting gallery. So now go to the grave yard. You will find that the grave yard is filled with ghosts and the Dampe has died. You will need to go into one of the graves and you will fall into one of the strangest yet really fun situation. You will see Dampe's ghost floating there compleat with a halo. He wants you to race him and says if you can keep up he will give you his special item. Now this whole situation is odd. Your in a large tomb racing a ghost through an maze as he fires fire balls at you just to get the hookshot (like a grappling hook). Well once you get the Hookshot you will be to fire it at high places and it will take you pull you with it (like what Batman uses).
So now it is time to head home to the Kokiri Forest. It has been seven years since you last seen your home and you are worried about what might have became of it. You get there and your fears are realized as monsters have over run you home. The Kokiri are all hiding in there houses and you must kill the monsters. No one recognizes you as unlike all of the other Kokiri you have aged. However you can't find Saria someone tells you that she went to the lost woods and you go off to find her. You enter the lost woods which have a more creepy feel to them. The music no longer changes and you need to have the path memorized (I never mentioned that in order to learn Saria's Song as a child you will have to go through the Lost Woods and the song will be playing in the background. When you go the right way the music will get louder and if you are about to go the wrong way the music stops). Now once you get so far you will see Mido (the snot nosed punk from before) will block your path saying that only friends of Saria can get past this point. So you must play Saria's song to prove that you know her. This will get him to think about the Kokiri that he knew long ago (you). You will go to the Sacred Grotto which has a large hedge maze. The maze has many Moblins roaming it. Moblins are lage Hog headed creatures (even though they looked more like bull dogs to me). They are carrying spears and will charge at you if they see you. Once you get through the Maze you will come face to face with a giant Moblin with a giant club. The Moblin will smash the club against the ground sending shock waves you have to avoid his attacks and get behind him where you can either just run away or slash at the back of his leg and eventually killing him (you will be well rewarded for killing him but its you call he will just keep coming back when ever you come back there. Now we come to an emotional moment in the game where you are that Saria's favorite spot and where she taught you her song. However Saria is not here and you can feel the sadness Link is going through know that something bad happened to someone he loved while he was sealed away. Sheik appears and talks to you about time and friendship and the heart of the cards or something like that (I haven't paid to much attention the Sheik since my first play through). Sheik will teach you a magic song called the Minuet of Forest which will warp you back to the Forest Temple when played.
Well you have your hookshot and your friend is in danger its time to enter the Forest Temple. Now like before I am going to do Item cool parts and boss but this one might be a little harder because I love this temple and it has more then one really cool part but I will keep it short. Like always lets start with the item you get here. In the Forest Temple you will find the Bow and Arrow (I know its not fancy but its useful). Now since the item is self explanatory I am just going to go on to the cool moments. The first one is an epic battle towards the beginning of the Temple between you and two Stolfos. Now as I said before I love Stolfos they are strong hard to kill and great warrior (I even made a Star Wars RP character based off of them) Like I said the battle is epic and I love it. The next cool part is warping the area. I really don't know how to state it so it will make sense but basically the dimension is warped changing around the rooms by twisting them or striating them out. Next cool moment is the Ghost Hunting. Yes this Temple lets you go Ghost Hunting. A bunch of Poes (ghosts) will steal the fire from some torches in the center of the room. Now in order to get to the boss you will have to find and kill the four ghosts . There are two that are hiding inside paintings that you will need to lure into the open by shooting the paintings with them in it with an arrow. Then next Poe is also in a painting but in order to get it you must use blokes to form a picture of the Poe. which will cause him to come out and attack. Then the last one will be in the main room where you started. She will clone herself and circle around you. You will have to figure out which one is real and attack her. Once she is dead (again) the way to the boss is opened and you can go down an elevator to face you the Phantom Ganon. Now Phantom Ganon is a cool boss with two different parts for the battle. You will find yourself in an art gallery with paintings all around you. You find yourself trapped when you see Ganondorf floating in the air on his horse. He will run his hand over his head and a skull like mask will cover his face. The Phantom will fly into one of the painting and will come out of a different one. Now when he appears he will try to fake you out by making it look like he is going to come out of two different painting. Now you will want to stay flat against a the railing so his lighting attacks which he fires at the floor and will spread all over won't hit you. Now when he comes out of the painting you need to shoot him with an arrow. After a while he will fall off his horse and will fly around the room shooting energy balls at you which you need to reflect back at him. After a while he will be defeated and you will hear Ganondorf's telling you what a failure that phantom was and banishing him to another demission. So you have stopped the evil monster that has tainted the sacred temple you will be rewarded the Heart Container like always and you will be teleported out of the temple. You will end up in the Chamber of Sages which is inside the Temple of Light (which is where you woke up after being sealed away for seven years). There you will see the emblem of the forest. Saria will appear there there will be a kind of relief to see her. She revivals that she is the sage of the forest. This causes great sadness because that means her and Link can never be together because she must stay and protect the temple (Now some people believe that the sages that you met have been killed and only exist in spirit. Now I don't know what to think of this one. There is no mention of them being alive or dead but most of them will place themselves into great danger and never be seen again until you are at the chamber of the sages. So I could see them being killed but no proof either way. You may believe what you want and if anyone does come across an official answer this question let me know). So that is kind of a sad moment in the game. You will receive the Forest Seal and will then be sent off to the Fire Temple on top of Death Mountain.
So once again we are off to Kakariko Village and time to go see our friends the Gorons and our "brother" Darunia. However Death Mountain is much more death-like with giant boulders rolling down the mountain side crushing everything in there path. Also the Tektites are back to cause trouble. You hope that things are better in the Goron City but sadly things are much worse. All but a hand full of Gorons have been captured by Ganondorf. With a small Goron rolling around on one of the lower floors you will need to stop him to find out what happened. He will tell you his name is Link of the Gorons (he will be named after you no matter what name you put in) he will tell you that Ganondorf had captured the Gorons and is planning on feeding them to a large dragon named Volvagia. Ganondorf had resurrected the dragon and he is planning to use it to make an example of the Gorons for the other races. Link says that his father Darunia (You remember him from last time huh do you) went in alone to free the Gorons like his ancestor who was the the one who defeated Volvagia in the past but he had the mystical hammer. So little Link wants you to go into the Fire Temple and save the Gorons. Link will give you the Red Tunic (the magic of colors allows you to withstand extreme heat.) So you are about to get to the temple and once again Sheik will meet you a teach you the Bolero of Fire which will warp you back to this location anytime.
Ok so lets get to the Fire Temple also one of my favorite temples. I am going to comment on a little more then normal because there is a lot of cool things in this one. Now the first thing I want to point out is the music with a cool little chant that plays over the back ground music. Also the music is rather downplayed with favor of the chanting which I think is cool. There are a lot of fire sounds like lava spouts. Ok now back to the normal set up with the item cool moment/s and then the boss. Now some of the funny moments is when you find a Goron they won't look at you until you free them but they will talk trying to convince you not to eat them and some are kind of funny. Now then lets go to the item called the Megaton Hammer and let me tell you this is cool. This hammer is one of my favorite items in the game and one that I always have equipped when I am an adult. The Megaton Hammer is powerful it can easily smash boulders and stun enemies. You can send shock waves through the ground which will stun enemies and even flip over tektites. Now another cool part in this Temple is the mini boss the Flare Dancer. Now this guy is interesting his main body is just a little ball with legs but it can manipulate fire creating a scare crow looking body out of the fire. It will kind of dance around (more ice skate). Now depending on when you fight this enemy (the first time no Hammer second time with the Hammer). Now when you do not have the hammer then use the Hookshot it will grab the main body in the center and pull it out so you can slash at it as it starts to run around. The second will work out a little easier hit the floor with the Megaton Hammer and the shock wave will knock the main body out of the fire and you go off and do the same as before.
Now for the boss Volvagia the large fire Dragon. Now Volvagia is a fun enemy that you basically play Whack a Mole with. Its head will pop out of little lava holes when she pops out smash her head with the Megaton Hammer and slash at her. Now after you attack her she will fly out around the room shooting fire at you or making the rocks fall from the ceiling. Now sometimes you will have an opening that you can shoot her underbelly with a couple arrows (I don't know if it helps but it seems to hurt her). So now the boss fight is over and she will burn to death. Then there is the same song and dance as before you get the heart container and then you are transported the Chamber of the Sages. Then on the Fire Emblem (haha its almost like a game reference) you will see Darunia standing there. It turns out he is the Sage of Fire and there is a feeling of joy the proud Goron leader is now going to help his Sworn Brother save the world from this pure evil. He also tells you that he is proud of his brother for how much he has grown and how he has became a true warrior. Darunia with then give you the fire coin and you will be sent back to outside the fire temple.
It is now time to go to the (shudder) The Water Temple (shudder shudder) so lets head off to the Zora's Domain. Which will seem a little colder then usual. As you head up the river you will notice its snowing and you figure thats not a good thing. So you hurry to see King Zora and you fiancee Princess Ruto. However once you get there you will find out that the entire Domain has been frozen over. You will also notice that some of the ice is red which is rather strange. Now you will also notice that King Zora is also frozen solid. You run past him and go try to find Lord Jabu Jabu but he is gone (probably dead or something) the lake he lived in is has small glaciers floating in it the you can use to hop over to a cave. You have entered the Ice Cavern and this place is short its not to hard but its a little annoying sliding around on the ice. Now you will need to go through this place and you will find blue fire which you can put into a bottle and will melt red ice. Use this on King Zora later but there is more to this place. Once you get through to the end of the cavern you will fight a White Wolfos and once you beat him a chest will appear and they will contain the Iron Boots. These items make you really slow but will also let you walk underwater. Then Sheik will appear and will talk to you about the Zora's and what has happened to the domain. Sheik said he managed to save one of the Zora's from the ice. Sheik will then teach you the Serenade of Water which will warp you Lake Hylia. Now you should head back to Zora's Domain so you can unthaw King Zora and also open the door to the Zora shop where you can buy the blue tunic which through the magic of colors will let you breath underwater. Now lets head to Lake Hylia and get ready for the evil that is the Water Temple (I basically hate all water temples so far even though Majora's Masks one was fun). Now put on your blue tunic and iron boots and go underwater.
To open the door you need to use the Hookshot which is the only item you can use underwater for some reason. You will go into one of the rooms and will see Princess Ruto who wow has she gotten attractive well looks like someone got engaged to the right fish person (ok my random stupidity out of the way) Now we will go through our normal routine with item cool part then boss. Now lets start with a cool part and that is of course the fight with Dark Link. Now Dark Link is you he is an evil clone of you who has your weapons and items. Now he will dodge your sword attacks but you can use two different items to help this fight. The Megaton Hammer will hurt him using the shock waves it creates. The other effective item is Din's Fire however this one uses magic and is also kind of cheap but it does work very well. After beating Dark Link you will be able to get this Temple's item the Longshot. Now this is the same as the hookshot but it can span great distances making it more effective. This item like the Megaton Hammer is one that I always have equipped (the last item always equipped is the Ocarina of Time). I prefer the Longshot as a ranged weapon over the bow and arrow because it does not have ammo which makes up for its lack in accuracy.
Now on to the Boss Morpha which is a large aquatic ameba. Now Morpha is like the Flare Dancer in the fact that it's real body is small but can manipulate an element (in this case water). Now unlike the Flare Dancer Morpha does not make a body out of water but it will make tentacles out of water which it will use to knock and throw you around the room. The walls are also spiked so don't get to close. Now in order to beat Morpha you will need to use the Longshot to pull Morpha out of the water and hack at it. Now this is easier said then done because you only have limited opportunities to get a hold of it. It only works when he is in one of the tentacles (sometimes you can get him out of the pool but is rare). After awhile Morpha will burst and all of the water in the room will form into a giant water drop on the ceiling and then fall to the floor and it will vanish. Then the heart container will appear and you will be transported to the chamber to see Ruto on the Water Emblem. Well it looks like your not getting married after all oh darn (its ok you prefer girls your own spices). She will give you the Water Coin and will tell you to thank Sheik for her. Now with this is a little depressing after beating all of the other temples you can see something good has happened. Forest Temple a Deku Sprout is growing there the Deku Tree was. Fire Temple say the return of the Gorons. However the Water Temple all that happens is the water level of Lake Hylia restored thats it. The Zoras are still frozen solid and it never mentions them coming back to life. This also leads to one of the things that bothered me about Twilight Princess how they used the freezing of Zora's Domain again like we are supposed to care when you already did that once. Also the reusing of the ghost hunting in Twilight Princess bugged me to (Twilight Princess is low on my Zelda meter). Now Sheik will jump from a tree and talk to you about how well you did restoring the lake to how it was (Zora's are all frozen in the ice but the lake is back to normal go you). Oh well I guess you should get out of here and then go back to the Kakariko Village (oh shoot the sun with an arrow and then swim over to the other island at the in the lake and you will find the Fire Arrows. Which are magic arrows that add fire damage and will also light torches).
The next place you will go is the temple that is in the house of the dead which makes you think of the grave year in Kakariko Village. However when you get to the Village you will find that it is engulfed in flames. You will have a cut scene where you will see Sheik standing by the well in the middle of the Village. Sheik will tell you to stand back and the wooden frame above the well will burst into the air. A giant shadow will burst out of the well and throw Sheik out of the way. It will then move around the town and you will raise your sword and shield but it just picks you up and tosses you around like a rag doll knocking you out. You will awaken with Sheik looking over you. Now Sheik will tell you what that creature was saying it was an evil shadow. Sheik says that they managed to get the fires out. Sheik will also tell you that Impa has gone into the Shadow Temple to stop the monster and that she is the Sage of Shadow. So Sheik will teach you the Nocturn of Shadow which will transport you to the Shadow Temple so you can save Impa. Now if you go in right now you will be unable to beat the temple with out a special item however you can't get it as an adult but what do you do. You figure you might want to check out the Temple of Time thinking pulling the Master Sword from the Pedestal of Time caused you to go through time seven years maybe putting it back will do the opposite taking you back seven years. So you head back to the ruins of Hyrule Castle Town to go to the Temple of Time. Again the ReDeads are all over and you must get past them so play the Suns Song to freeze them so you can run to the temple. Once there you will meet Sheik once again who will tell you that this place will be important to you and then you will be taught the Prelude of Light which will take you back here at anytime. Now walk over to the Pedestal of Time and place the Master Sword back into it. You will be sent back seven years and oh what a relief it is to see the world as it once was. However you know what is to come and how you have to stop it. You need to get back to the mission at hand.
So its time to go back to Kakariko Village but this time you just use the Nocturn of Shadow to warp back to the grave yard. Now head to the main part of the Village and visit the strange man inside the Wind Mill named Guru-Guru. (Now I forgot to mention that as an adult if you visit him he will be mad about something a kid did seven years ago. He will tell you he played this song that made the wind mill speed up. He will then teach you the Song of Storms) Now we have gone full circle and you are the boy from seven years ago. Take out your Ocarina and play the Song of Storms which will cause the wind mill to speed up and drain the well. This really annoy Guru-Guru.
Now its time to go down the well in search of the Lense of Truth. This Item will let you see through illusions and see things that are invisible. Now in order to get this item you will need to fight a Dead Hand. The Dead Hand is a creepy boss that has many zombie looking hands sticking out of the ground. One of them will grab you and the Dead Hand will pop out of the ground. The Dead Hand looks very much dead its pale blob like creature with no hands attached to it, the thing has a long neck and a head with a large mouth that it will use to try and bite you. Now to beat this thing you must slash at its head when it lowers it. When it dies it will just lay there for a while like the ReDeads do. You will be rewarded the Lense of Truth and can get out of this place. So play the Prelude of Light to take you back to the Temple of Time so you can go back to your real age.
Now that you are an adult aging play the Nocturn of Shadow to go back to the Shadow Temple and the equip Din's fire so you can light all the torches to open the door to the Temple. Ok now the normal layout Item cool thing boss. To start with the item you get here is not a weapon but a pair of boots called Hover Boots. These do just as the name says with them on you can hover in the are of a shot amount of time allowing you to walk on air. These are more fun then the Iron Boots and only have a small side effect of causing you to slide a little bit. As for a cool moment for this temple its not really a moment more like cool things. Here the cool things are invisible platforms. To be walking one something you can't see (unless you use the lense of truth) is just cool looking. However the even cooler moment is the Ghost Ship in the temple. You will come across a large ship and with a Triforce on it. Like all of the others you see you will play Zelda's Lullaby which will bring the ship to live causing it to sail along a trench (oh did I mention that there isn't any water the ship is floating) now as it takes off two Stolfos will appear and attack you. You can either defeat them or wait until the end of the ride where you can jump off the ship on to a platform right before the ship sinks. Now another cool thing is the fact that you have a couple enemies that just add to the creepy factor. The Wall and Floor master (ok I think the Wall Master is in the Well but I don't care I'm talking about it here). Both of these enemies are giant severed hands that will attack you. The Wall Master will come down from the ceiling and grab you taking you away. The Floor Master crawls on the floor and will ram into you. If you slice it the Floor Master will split into three smaller versions of itself and they will grab on to you and suck the life out of you.
Ok now to my favorite boss in the game Bongo Bongo (who reminds me of my favorite Pokemon Haunter). Now Bongo Bongo is impossible to beat without using the Lense of Truth as well as the Hover Boots. Bongo Bongo is the shadow monster that attacked Kakariko Village and he looks cool. He has a large body that hangs from the ceiling. His armes reach out and his hands are not connected (Haunter) his face is a giant eye ball (gee I wonder what his weak spot is) that is in the middle of what looks like a flower but it looks fleshy. Now to defeat Bongo Bongo you must wear the Hover Boots so you do not bounce up and down when he pounds on the large drum you are standing on. You will need to shoot his hands with arrows then shoot him in the eye. This will make him fall to the floor where you will have to slash his eye. Now is this boss fight hard well sort of. You are using arrows and magic at the same time something that you can run out of. Thankfully some will spawn for you to get but then you have to worry about him attacking you. If you aim carefully though you should be fine and make Bongo Bongo beat his last drum. Blah blah blah get to the chopper errrr I mean the light that will take you to the Chamber of Sages and we already know who the Sage is so nothing to really report here so I am just going to move on.
So lets go to the desert where you will need Epona to even get to. Now this is where Ganondorf was born (The Gerudo's only have girls but once every one hundred years a boy is born and he will become the king of the Gerudos who are master thieves hence Ganondorf's earlier title as the King of Thieves). The Gerudos do not like men (unless they are one of them) and you will be asked but a carpenter to save his crew who the Gerudo have locked up. So you will have to sneak around the Gerudo camp freeing the men. You will have to uses stealth to sneak by or knock out the guards using your arrows or longshot. When you free a carpenter you will be attacked by a Gerudo elite guard and after freeing and beating all of the attackers you will be confronted by the Gerudo in charge of the camp (third in rank over all). She will tell you that you are rather impressive and will make you an official Gerudo allowing you free access to the camp the training grounds and the horse back archery range. Go to the Training grounds to get the Ice Arrows but I won't go into detail on that. I want to quickly talk about the music for this Gerudo camp I love it so much. It is a fun song with a very "Old Western" sound to it (another thing Twilight Princess tried to recreate). Now I know I love all of the music in this game (I have the sound track on my Lappy) but this one just fits so perfectly. Ok my musical nerdgasming is over back to the game.
Lets head into the Desert Colossus and go through this complicated place. You have to use your longshot to hook onto wooden flag posts so you can find your way to Spirit Temple. You will eventually get out of the sand storm and find a guide to take you to the temple (oh by the way its a ghost). So you will need the lense of truth to see him but he will lead you to the temple and Sheik will show up and teach you the Requiem of Spirit which will warp you here when played. You will get inside to temple to see that there is no where for you to go. One entrance is blocked off by a giant block and the other one is to small for you only a child could fit in there. Wait a second (light bulb) you can go back in time and return as a child. So that is what you do by playing the Prelude of Light to return to the Temple of Time to become a kid again. So once you go back in time you will return to the Spirit Temple and you will meet Nabooru. She is the second in command of the Gerudos right under Ganondorf how ever she does not like Ganondorf and wants to take him down. She will ask you for help finding something called the Silver Gauntlets which would give her great strength. However she can not get through the hole and needs you to do it. So you do and then head through the temple until you find the Silver Gauntlets. You find out that Nabooru has been kidnaped by Koume and Kotake who are two old witches. However there is nothing you can do for her now so you have to forward into time.
Now that you are an adult you can use the Silver Gauntlets to move that giant block that blocks the way through the temple. Now with the regular process moment item and boss. So the coolest moment in this level is fight the Iron Knuckles. As I said before they are the strongest non boss enemies in the game. The blood gets pumping anytime you see them. Also a cool moment happens after you get the Mirror Shield (this temples item as an adult). Now the Mirror Shield is able to reflect light and attacks. In this moment you use the Mirror Shield to open the way to the Boss by melting the face off of a statue (now that is just awesome and Im not kidding wow reflected light melted a statues face) so lets go fight Koume and Kotake.
These two are incredibly old Witches who use fire and ice magic to destroy you. You will need to absorb the magic with your Mirror Shield and shoot the fire magic at the ice witch and vise versa. After awhile they will join together making one woman who will shoot both fire and ice magic. This time however you will need to absorb three of one type of magic while avoiding the other and then launching the magic at the woman now called Twinrova. After awhile she will be defeated and then you will be rewarded and sent to the Chamber of Sages for the last time to see Nabooru standing before you. She mentions she had no idea how much of a handsome young man you turned into (which is creepy since your 17 and she was already an adult when you met her seven years ago). You get the giant magic coin and its time to face Ganondorf himself.
Lets go to the Large Evil Castle of Death that just happens to be floating over a giant lava pit (gulp). So yes lets go there via Prelude of Light which will get you there just in time for a cut scene. Sheik is there and has something to tell you. It turns out that Sheik is Princess Zelda and she will give you the Light Arrows that you will need to defeat Ganondorf. Now I no I never mentioned Sheik as a guy or a girl but despite having "She" in her name Sheik is a guy. Zelda uses magic to change herself into Sheik so she could hide from Ganondorf. Now Zelda also tells you she is also the seventh sage however Ganondorf will find sense her and capture her inside a lage crystal. So now your mad you need to go save the princess but you have no way to get into the Castle (or do you). Once you get to the outside of the Castle the Sages will form a rainbow bridge (yes its a little lame but I don't care). Now go into the castle and find that evil brute.
Now even though this is not a temple I will treat it like it is one. It has an item cool moments and a boss. Now to start with you will have to go into rooms that are shaped like the temples you have been to already. Now in the Shadow Room you will find the Golden Gauntlets which will let you lift things a lot bigger then the Silver ones do. Then the cool moments here beside the rooms is somethig simple climbing a large spiral staircase. Thats right the cool part here is climbing steps. Thats not because this place is lame its because the steps really make the whole build up to the battle so much cooler. The organ music being played by Ganondorf himself is heard throughout the staircase and it gets louder and more intense the closer you get really making this an amazing moment.
So now its the moment that we have all been waiting for the battle with Ganondorf the King of Evil. (So change your underwear and) lets get ready to face the ultimate evil. So we open this large door to see a well furnished room with a lage organ with Zelda trapped in the crystal next to the organ. However sitting at the organ playing away is Ganondorf. He stands up with his cape flowing behind him. He will talk about how all three of the pieces of the Triforce are now within his grasp. This will show that you also have a piece of the Triforce (so lets break it down Ganondorf has the Triforce of Power, Zelda has the Triforce of Wisdom, and You hold the Triforce of Courage). Now Ganondorf will cause the room around him to vanish making the area you are standing in is now a pretty empty room with stain glass windows. Now get ready because Ganondorf is hard. You have to play volleyball again like you did with his phantom however this isn't anywhere as easy as him. Now if you have the right timing then you should be fine. (side not you can reflect his energy balls with any swinging item including bottles). After you beat Ganondorf he will be slumped on the floor vomiting up green blood (and yes the color was going to be red but it was changed for the release). Ganondorf used the last ounce of his strength to bring the castle down around you. You and Zelda have to escape outside and will run down the steps having to fight enemies who try to kill you. Now once you are outside the danger is over his castle has collapsed around Ganondorf he must be dead right..............WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You hear a loud noise and Ganondorf bursts out of the rubble breathing hard. He holds the hand with the Triforce on it in front of his face and starts yelling as his body changes into the mighty Ganon. Who is a massive pig faced monster with two giant swords. He is hard to fight to win. The light arrows only stun him and well he knocked the Master Sword out of your hand and there is no way you can get to it. So unless you did the side quest that would end in getting you the Biggoron Sword. (which is a very lage sword that is stronger then the master sword). However if you don't then you will need the Megaton Hammer. Now like I said you can either use the light arrows to stun him our do a summersault between his legs and attack the tail. Now after awhile you will be able to get the Master Sword back and deliver the final blow. Zelda will use magic to hold him still as you plunge the Master Sword right in his face which will weaken him. Then Zelda and the other Sages will use there power to seal Ganondorf in the sacred realm.
So Ganondorf is defeated and peace will be restored to Hyrule and the races will have a giant party. First however we will see the cut scene that causes that stupid split time line. When Princess Zelda and Link are in the clouds for some reason. Zelda tells like she is going to send him back to his own time so he can have the child hood he lost in this adventure. She does so by playing the Ocarina of Time and then its party time. The music will play and be happy. Even snot nosed punk Mido finds a friend in King Zora (no idea how the king got there with that giant body and tiny legs) so everyone is happy. Then at the end we will see young Link visiting Princess Zelda and the shot freezes and THE END pops up and the game is of and thank you I am so tired of writing.
I absolutely love this game. Even the evil Water Temple can't make me not like this game. To me this game is so good that it makes other games of the same series look worse (again Twilight Princess I am talking to you). So its an amazing game and I love it so much. Now stay tuned because Majora's Mask is next. (MY HANDS HURT TO MUCH TYPING)
